Grew up Catholic but realized I wasn't happy in that faith. I have always wanted to follow a Pagan path. So I'm new to this Pagan path but I am also interested in wicca and shamanism.

I'm a 29 year old Chicagoan who is married to a wonderful man. I have three pet geckos Daisy, Blondie and Jimmie. I decided to become a Pagan very recently because it simply feels right to me. I LOVE nature and helping mother earth.

I just read about Niamh's story. So sad and heart breaking but she was such a brave little girl. Sending healing prayers to her family. May she rest in peace and may the goddess help the family heal.

I touch my altar every day which comforts me. I burn incense every morning and every night. I meditate in the shower because the feeling and sound of water helps me stay focused. I also take walks around my neighborhood because we have so many birds and trees makes me feel connected to the earth even though I live in a busy crowded city. I also focus on appreciating the little things in life because I believe they are blessings. As you probably do too I put all my good intentions in everything I do (house work and cooking) to stay positive. Then Finally I also read a lot because I want to be more educated in many paths to make the right choice for me. Yep that is what I do on a daily basis to stay spiritual and hopefully find the right path for me. Thanks for posting this question, Nar. I am also interested in hearing what others post. :) less
