  Got test results in the mail today my thyroid hormone leavels are normal Kidney functioning is normal  electrolytes normal  So now i guess my plitotory gland needs checked and maybe my bladder

Then you can just drink water etc... can you make or swallow smoothies..I can send you some recipes high in podium etc, you would need ti get ingredients but they are inexpensive and easily found. Did the milk thistle help at all? Have you tried calling the local diabetes chapter? Usually they wil help with cost..sending you hugs, wish I was closer  less

  Went back to Walmart this morning got two more small bottles of poweraid and one large bottle of gateraid walmart was out of the good flavors on the poweraid i also picked up a bottle of the chinease herb Milk Thistle it is suppose  to cure Diabetes ...

    Crystal Raven Velvet...I use milk thistle for liver function, and when you improve the liver, you improve all else too. I've never heard of it for any form of diabetes, so I will wait to see how it works for you!

    WyldeRose I'm glad they are doing the test! Be careful with your potassium levels I struggle with that and it is can actually be deadly. There are a lot of foods that can help. Keeping you in my thoughts, hope they get this worked out soon, hugs!
