I think it really suc...  moreOn a different, very large Pagan social network there has been sooo much negativity toward the Christian/Jewish-Pagan community that I would completely drop it if I didn't have close relatives on there with me who need my support.... I think it really sucks that not only to Christian/Jewish Witches get harrassed within the Christian community (not all of them - but a loud few), but now we also feel forced into the closed by the pagan community as well... :-(  ... In my opinion the more support we pagans/occultists give to each other (no matter whether we understand ea other's person belief systems of not) the more there will be in our community to support the religious liberalism that we so long for.  less

I know so many Christian Witches, but some Pagans don't think that is possible. They forget the first statues of Mary and Jesus in the churches were statues of Isis and baby Horus. They don't realize many Pagans see Mary as a Goddess, and the Jesus was actually a Jewish sorcerer. It's just the same lack of education Christians use to bash Pagans. It's the reason we accept Pagans of all paths at PP as well as Christians who have Pagan friends and are Pagan-friendly. It's all about Love here. I like occult stuff, but I like fantasy and medieval stuff stuff too... and I LOVE accurately researched historical novels. Recently finished the 9 books of Kushiels Legacy by Jacqueline Carey and started the first book, Game of Thrones, from the George R.R. Martin series A Song of Ice and Fire. Good stuff. Epic novels. LOVE them. For not so "serious" reading, I LOVE The Hollows and The Anita Blake series too. Girl I could talk about good novels all day! Oh and for a lotta erotica there's always Laura Stamps stuff... she's pretty hot ( and a good friend of mine to boot!) Check her out.  less

My husband works about 70 hours per week so all the cleaning and most of the cooking was on my shoulders. And, since I'm a stay at home mom, I end up watching all the kids whos parents work who can't afford childcare.... Thanks for "missing" me though.
