Who am I
I am Raven Rin, Witch, Mother, and so many other things as well. You wouldn't be wrong in calling me a lifelong Pagan but I've been officially dedicated to the Goddess and the Craft of the Wise since 1998. Mine is an eclectic Witchcraft path but if you wanted to try to narrow it down the terms Domestic or Kitchen Witch sum it up pretty nicely.
My honey, who I will refer to as Odin, and I have been together since 2005. We have two sons which we raise in the Pagan faith. Our household makes Pagan practices a family affair.
I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and have several years of experience working in behavioral/mental health, both inpatient and outpatient settings. In 2011 I became an ordained Pagan Minister as part of my path and desire to give back to the Pagan community. I author Dear Witches’ (Q&A), a Pagan advice column, in The Witches Hour Magazine and a blog Raven Rin's Pagan Nest. My biggest project right now is working to found a Pagan Teaching Circle in my area.

I need some suggestions. I've got to come up with a topic for my Circle's April 3rd meeting. The topic can't be too involved as we've got a lot of business to discuss. What would be a good topic? The Circle has male and female members, ages ranging from 18 to 50's.

The shadows flutter as the flame billows up and down and the core of the flame expands into the eyes focus and connects the heart with the mind on a thread thin as the wax heats and melts providing sustenance to the flame.

Thanks Forestmuse. It's a hard road, it is not a Pagan friendly area where I live but with time and patience I think we'll be able to build a strong community. Maybe someday you'll feel called to start a group of your own in your area.
