Once you've gotten the training and some experience, you can try pitching your program idea to the Program Director. If you need ideas on what a pagan program might encompass you can go take a look at online Pagan Network Radio's programs. That's what I did to get some ideas.

Ah, so it's not a permanent thing. I think Lady Eva's idea is fascinating and well worth a shot. If you indeed leave to South Africa, then the volunteer thing may help you break into internet radio. My guess is that the process is similar.

Jose, I think that doing radio as a volunteer gives the training and the experience which would make the internet radio venture a lot easier to do. There is, of course, info on the Web about how to start an online radio station/program.
