Hand made felt witch hat fascinator. The hat is approximately 3in tall and the brim is 4in in diameter.
The hat features a red and black sparkly tulle mini veil, a 2 1/2 inch wide boutique bow that is made from black and glitter ribbon, a 1 inch micro bow from black seude, and a group of red and black feathers.
The fascinator is held on by two snap alligator clips. The clips are firmly placed in sleeve that allow for the clips to be turned. This allows for the fascinator to be worn on either side of your head and the clips always facing the direction you like. There is a strip of non-slip material added to help the fascinator stay in even the finest of hair.
It weighs less than 1 oz allowing for all day wear.
