Hand made felt witch hat fascinator. The hat is approximately 3in tall and the brim is 4in in diameter.
The hat features a orange sparkly tulle mini veil, a 2 1/2 inch wide boutique bow that is made from orange and glitter ribbon, and a 1 inch tiny bow of orange grossgrain ribbon and a group of orange and black feathers.
The fascinator is held on by two snap alligator clips. The clips are firmly placed in sleeve that allow for the clips to be turned. This allows for the fascinator to be worn on either side of your head and the clips always facing the direction you like. There is a strip of non-slip material added to help the fascinator stay in even the finest of hair.
All ribbon on the bows is heat treated to prevent fraying, even where not seen.
It weighs less than 1 oz allowing for all day wear.
