I went to this rally on Valentine's Day about missing and murdered aboriginal women and it was quite a shocker. This rally brought me back to hearing about the Pickton trial that happened in British Columbia. The news that I heard back then was quite upsetting to me. How can someone treat another human like that? These women were some one's sister, mother, and friend? Not pieces of garbage to throw away!! This makes me sick!!
I hope that someday people will realize this and love these women despite what they do(i.e sex trade workers or just homemakers).
Goddess bless these women and I hope that their deaths are not in vain!!!
