Tarot Deck

  • My daughter asked me to take her to the bookstore in town the other day because they were having a 20% off sale and she offered to buy me a book.  While there I found something that I didn't think I would ever find in this store, as their spiritual section consist of mostly Christian and Buddist books.  Anyway on the clearance table was a tarot deck complete with the book.  It's The WildWood Tarot written by the same person as the Greenwood Tarot was.  This deck is amazing.  I love the artwork and the meanings are so beautiful.

I have decided that I'm going to do something different with deck than I normally do.  Normally I just jump right in and start doing readings.  This time I am reading each card individually and holding the card in my other hand while reading it.  I'm finding this to be very relaxing when I'm doing it and it's really seems to be helping me become more familar with the cards.

If I remember I'll let you know how the first reading goes.

Marie Yes Ada. I have thought other decks had called to me in the past and I love every deck that I have. But this one revolves around the wheel of the year and is so nature based. I just love it.

Marie I haven't heard of either of those decks. Most of the time when I do buy a new deck, it is totally by chance that I find it.
