Well this was the second interview. And like I do I went over it in my head to think how I could improve the next time. Well took my nap so I could be alive at work tonight and as I try to do every day I pop in and see how everyone is doing and send out the add friend request to new members. Something struck me 2 people are looking for work right now as many of us are well the old fart mind started saying maybe I should post some interview tips so here they are and I hope at least one of you young puppies can use them.
Situation interviews; be ready for this new type of interview before you go in have real life situations ready for how you defused a bad situation, how you got a team to work better, what you do when you cant get along with a coworker and how you break the ice with new ones. These have popped up in the last few ones that I have had.
The other thing to prepare for it is research the company, if they are online check them out the person that I interviewed with today was impressed with what I knew (when the company was founded, what new products they were bringing out I did not mention what the stock price was because it was low).
